Andrew has over 25 years of senior leadership experience across capital-intensive ASX-listed companies, other public companies and government, spanning property, energy, transport and Defence sectors. This has included new asset development, asset management and leading major commercial transactions. He has seven years of CEO experience in residential property development, investment and management, leading the ACT’s largest social and affordable build-to-rent property developer in CHC. In this role he has conceived new opportunities and brought parties together to deliver new mixed-use developments that includes supporting key workers and some of the most vulnerable people in the community, whilst also financially positioning the organisation to be able to capitalise on major new growth in supply opportunities.
