Ben has over 20 years of experience in community services, including playing a key role in operationalizing the first-ever community housing stock transfers in South Australia. In 2019, he brought this expertise to UnitingSA, where he has since become an essential figure.

In his current role, Ben is pivotal in expanding UnitingSA Housing’s portfolio. He also oversees significant property and aged care developments, ensuring the organization continues to meet the needs of the communities it serves.

Under Ben's leadership, UnitingSA has achieved Tier 1 community housing provider status and successfully completed numerous large-scale projects. These include the $54 million UnitingSA West Lakes Aged Care complex and a $35 million Affordable Housing Development.
